  • Remove the label with your own address on it
  • Fold the empty RePack following the creases
  • Make sure the little flap with our address is out and visible
  • Drop it for free in any mailbox in the world!

What's next? We will collect all the returned RePacks, clean them and give them a new life for a new delivery!

  • Remove the label with your own address on it
  • Consult the store's return instructions
  • Use the included sealing sticker to seal the RePack
  • If there's no sealing sticker, use paper tape or normal tape but nothing too strong!
  • Make sure the little flap with RePack address is NOT visible, otherwise it will mess up your return!
  • Attach the return label on the RePack
  • Follow the store's own instructions on how and where to return the product(s)
