Track 01 // Physical Validation

The box that drives the next transaction.

Refurbished devices don't have a packaging problem. They have three.

  1. Getting the device to the customer in a way that earns trust.
  2. Getting the old device back without the customer having to think about it.
  3. Keeping the device safe through every leg in between.

We designed around all three. Not adapted from what already existed, but built from scratch around what refurbished devices actually need.

Validated at scale by some of the highest-volume players in European refurbished tech. The feedback shaped the design. That's how we know it works.

THE TRUST SIGNAL

Vie (B2C)

All the work of refurbishment is invisible until the box is opened. Vie is the first look your customer gets.

Premium unboxing, no inserts, every smartphone size. An impression that earns trust, and a head start on the trade-in.

Vie is how you get it.

One box. Three jobs. One price

Your warehouse stops juggling inserts. Your recovery rate starts moving. Neither shows up on the unboxing, both show up on the balance sheet.
