  1. Getting the device to the customer in a way that earns trust.
  2. Getting the old device back without the customer having to think about it.
  3. Keeping the device safe through every leg in between.

We designed around all three. Not adapted from what already existed, but built from scratch around what refurbished devices actually need.

Validated at scale by some of the highest-volume players in European refurbished tech. The feedback shaped the design. That's how we know it works.
