Purpose of processing of personal data

Website forms
When you submit the Contact form or Vie pack builder, you choose to provide RePack with the information entered in the form so that we can respond to your enquiry and, as applicable, arrange a setup call, prepare a quote, or arrange delivery of a sample kit. The information may include your name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry details, selected packaging configuration and use case, and, for sample-kit requests, a delivery address. The website sends the submission by email to hello@repack.com. The submitted form contents are not stored in the website's files or database. RePack's website hosting and email systems process the information to deliver the message, and the resulting email is handled as customer correspondence. For spam prevention, the website uses the submitter's IP address and timestamps for rate limiting and may record a rejection reason without the submitted form contents. Rate-limit entries older than one hour are ignored and removed when the rate-limit file is next checked.

Regular disclosure of information
