In the most basic form, our reusable packaging service includes the reusable bags and prepaid, empty RePack returns. We call this “the cycle”. In this cycle, all you need to do is to send the goods in RePack’s to your customers. We do the rest.
What’s “the rest” then?
By the rest, we mean we don’t just sell reusable packaging, and leave it to you to figure out how to get them back to be used, how to communicate to the end-users, or how to build a reward program to incentivize the users to return their packaging. We do all this for you.
RePack fee includes one full cycle. In this cycle fee, empty RePacks can be returned from anywhere in the world, free of charge. We take the empty bags back into our RePack hubs.
By the way, not to brag, but we’re the only reusable packaging service who does this from any country in the world.
Once returned, we check and clean the bags before redistributing the bags for reuse. We take cleaning very seriously, for example, we leave the empty bags for three days before handling them to protect your customers and our staff.
Once checked and cleaned, we redistribute the bags back to you, so you always have sufficient stock available. This unique return and reuse cycle mean that the same bag can be used quickly and efficiently again and again, by different web stores and end-users around the world.
