What if my customer doesn't send the package back?

No worries, we won’t show up at their place. Sometimes, people do not send the package back, and it's ok.

It can happen for different reasons: people forget, want to use RePack for their own purposes, and it’s ok. As a brand, you won’t receive any penalty for non-returned RePacks. 

However, if a lot of your customers don’t send their RePack back, we need to talk and turn this around. Before that, make sure that you received our best practices in communication to make sure we can avoid this as much as possible. Contact your salesperson if not :)
